PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card used for the reservation. We pre-authorize the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. The reservation can be canceled or changed 14 days before the arrival date, without any additional costs. If the reservation is canceled between the 14th and the 7th day prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is deposited and a voucher valid for one year will be issued to be used at a later date, subject to availability. After that period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, or the non-acceptance of the voucher will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY – COVID-19

In view of the current situation, and because Terra Rosa country house & vineyards is committed to ensuring quality service to all customers, we make our cancellation policy flexible if valid Covid-19 related reasons are presented (confinement, circulation restrictions, flight cancellation, isolation or infected persons). 

Thus, if the reservation is cancelled only 2 days in advance, the total amount of the booking is deposited so that it can be used at a later date, valid for 1 year and subject to availability. 

Turismo de Portugal, in partnership with RNA Seguros de Assistência Insurance provides travel insurance for foreign tourists wishing to visit Portugal during the pandemic (www.portugaltravelinsurance.com). 

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A deposit payment may be requested in advance to guarantee the reservation. 

Also, in order to guarantee your reservation, in all reservations we pre-authorize the credit card provided in your reservation. 

Refund available according to cancellation terms. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

The check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm. 

Check-out from 8am to 12 pm.

If guests wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we recommend that they book and pay the night before or after the arrival date, so that the immediate availability of the room is ensured and so that we can provide the best possible experience. 

 If you choose not to book an additional night, that allows for an early arrival or a late check-out, we are happy to let you enjoy our facilities while we securely store your luggage. 

CHILDRES AND EXTRA BEDS

All children are welcome! 

All extra beds and cots are subject to availability. 

REST PERIOD:

Guests should respect the rest period between 00:00 and 08:00.
